RETURN CONDITIONS
RETURN FOR FINISHED PRODUCTS FROM THE ONLINE SHOP
Wigs can be returned within 14 working days of receipt to the address below
be returned.
The wig must be in its original packaging and unworn (a fitting is permitted)
and remain unchanged.
No odors, washes, hair products or stains are allowed. The wig must be packaged properly.
The costs for return must be borne by the customer.
The package must be insured by post for the amount of the purchase price.
The package is the responsibility of the customer until it arrives at our warehouse. If the package is lost, the customer is responsible.
Once the wig has arrived at the salon/warehouse, it will be checked. If the result is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days.
RETURN FOR INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTIONS
Custom-made wigs cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements, colors and other details.
If the product does not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that individually made wigs may have minimal color variations as they are dyed by hand.
If there are defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of repair after consultation.
