 ALL STOCK WIGS ARE ASIAN HUMAN HAIR AND COME WITH A 12 MONTHS GUARANTEE. OTHER HAIR QUALITIES ARE AVAILABLE.
 Not every model is in stock and available for immediate delivery.
 After selecting your desired criteria, you will immediately be shown whether your wig is available for immediate delivery.
 Please note that lighting on phones and screens can sometimes appear slightly different and may not always reliably display colors accurately.

  • RETURN OF FINISHED WIGS

    Wigs can be returned to the address below within 14 working days of receipt. The wig must be in its original packaging, unworn (you may try it on) and unaltered.

    No odors, washes, hair products or stains are allowed. The wig must be packaged properly.

    The costs for the return shipment must be borne by the customer. The package must be insured by post for the amount of the purchase price.

    The package is the responsibility of the customer until it arrives at our warehouse. If the package is lost, the customer is responsible.

    Once the wig has arrived at the salon/warehouse, it will be checked. If the result is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days.

    RETURN FOR INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTIONS

    Custom-made wigs are not returnable. Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements, colors and other details.

    If the product does not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
    Please note that individually made wigs may have minimal color variations as they are dyed by hand.

    If the desired changes differ from the customer’s original specifications,
    the costs for this were not covered by Nkaye.

    If there are defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of repair after consultation.

    We also offer sample packages to ensure customers know exactly what they are getting.
